A. Hold the right foot firmly with one’s right hand over the dorsal region below the toes and the left hand supporting the heel. Grasp the area and apply gentle pressure (15 secs.) B. Reverse one’s hands for the same position. Grasp the area and apply gentle pressure (15 secs.) C. Hold the foot gently but firmly with one’s right hand over the dorsal region below the toes and the left at the heel and ankles and apply gentle pressure (15 secs.) D. Support the heel on one’s left hand and with the right hand rotate each toe clockwise and anticlockwise applying gentle pressure (15 secs.) E. Support the heel on one’s left hand and with the right hand stroke and massage each toe through the inside, top and bottom with gentle movements (15 secs.) F. Keep holding the heels in one’s left hand and with the right hand stroke the area below the toes using one’s thumbs, applying gentle pressure (15 sec.).
