A. Spread fingers across the dorsal region of both feet, grasp and apply gentle pressure (30 secs.) B. Place fingers across the dorsal region on top covering the toes and keeping one’s thumbs behind the ventral region, grasp and apply gentle pressure (30 secs.) C. Move the fingers slowly to the medial part of the feet. Grasp and apply gentle pressure (1 minute) D. Hold each toe simultaneously on both feet and rotate them clockwise and anticlockwise applying gentle pressure (1 minute) E. Place your fingers on the toes of both feet, stroke and massage each toe through the inside, outside, top and bottom with gentle movements F. Place your palms below the ankles and let both feet rest on them. Grasp and apply gentle pressure(1 minute). G. Now be seated on a stool placed at a comfortable height,stretch one’s palms against the soles of the feet applying gentle pressure (1 minute). H. Spread one’s fingers on the dorsal region covering the toes of both the feet, pause and slide one’s hands off them upwards, gently and softly (1 minute)

toes of both the feet, pause and slide one’s hands off them
upwards, gently and softly (1 minute)
